One evening, a dad's young son comes to him, saying his buddy is going to come over and hang out and they are going to order pizza. "Dad, I need $15."

The dad then proceeds to hand him 12 one dollar bills, and then three monopoly dollar bills. The son goes, "Dad, you only gave me twelve dollars!"

Dad says, "Son, count it again."

The son counts it again, and says, "Dad, you only gave me twelve one dollar bills, and three of them are monopoly fake dollar bills."

The dad says, "Son, I just told you to count it again, not to audit it."

And that is the difference between what the media claims the audit discovered, and what it actually did uncover.
